Linerless Paper Rolls Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales. We are a trade supplier of linerless labels and thermal media, operating from North West England, United Kingdom.

3. Products and Services

3.1 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations may occur. Images are for illustration purposes only.

3.2 Compatibility

Linerless labels require compatible printers with silicone-coated rollers and non-stick cutters. It is your responsibility to verify printer compatibility before ordering. We provide compatibility guidance but cannot guarantee performance with all equipment.

3.3 Trade Accounts

Our products are primarily intended for business customers. Trade account terms, including credit terms and volume pricing, are subject to separate agreement.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send confirmation.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but orders will be charged at the price shown at the time of order.

4.3 Price Match Guarantee

We will match any genuine competitor price on identical products. Price match requests must be submitted with proof of the competitor's price. Terms and conditions apply.

4.4 Payment

Payment is required at the time of order unless credit terms have been agreed. We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfer. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery Times

Orders placed by 2pm are dispatched same day for next working day delivery to mainland UK. Scotland, Northern Ireland, Highlands, and Islands may take 2-3 working days.

5.2 Delivery Charges

Free delivery on orders over £75 (ex. VAT) to mainland UK. Charges apply for smaller orders and remote locations. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

5.3 Risk and Title

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Title to goods remains with us until full payment is received.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Faulty Products

If you receive faulty or damaged products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange replacement or refund at our discretion.

6.2 Non-Faulty Returns

Due to the nature of thermal media products, we cannot accept returns of non-faulty items that have been opened or used. Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a refund, subject to a restocking fee.

6.3 Business Customers

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 does not apply to business customers. Business returns are subject to our discretion and separate business terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Linerless Paper Rolls Ltd or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linerless Paper Rolls Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant products or services.
