How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your delivery directly with our courier partner. Most deliveries arrive between 8am and 6pm.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
Standard delivery does not include timed slots. For urgent or time-critical deliveries, please contact us to discuss premium delivery options including before-noon and Saturday delivery (additional charges apply).
What if I'm not available for delivery?
Our couriers will attempt to leave parcels in a safe place or with a neighbour. If delivery isn't possible, a card will be left with re-delivery or collection options. Please ensure your delivery address includes any specific instructions.
Do you deliver to business addresses?
Yes, we deliver to both residential and business addresses. For trade customers with regular orders, we can set up scheduled deliveries to match your stock requirements. Contact us for volume discounts and dedicated delivery arrangements.
International shipping?
We currently ship to UK addresses only. For international enquiries, particularly Ireland and EU destinations, please contact us for a quote. We may be able to accommodate bulk international orders.
